Terms of Service

Version —Last updated —

These Terms of Service describe the conditions that apply to access and use of ClubQuire.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to use the service. If you use ClubQuire for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation.

2. The service

ClubQuire provides tools for football-club screening, collaborative review, scoring, reports and AI-assisted narrative commentary. We may improve, add, remove or suspend features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

3. Accounts & eligibility

Access is invitation-only unless we state otherwise. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in methods secure and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must not share access with anyone who is not authorised to use your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use ClubQuire unlawfully; infringe another person's rights; upload malicious, deceptive or unauthorised material; probe, bypass or disrupt security or access controls; scrape or extract data by automated means without written permission; reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; interfere with other users; or use the service to build or train a competing product.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve ClubQuire and meet our legal obligations. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and make it available to the intended workspace or review participants.

6. Intellectual property

ClubQuire and its software, design, scoring framework, documentation and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

ClubQuire is a screening and analytics tool that supports human judgement. It is not transaction advice, not full due diligence, and not an ownership or intermediary vehicle.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. AI-assisted commentary may be incomplete or inaccurate; scores and classifications are produced by the platform's scoring rubric, not by AI. You remain responsible for decisions made using ClubQuire and for full due diligence where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Termination

You may stop using ClubQuire at any time and may request account deletion through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Data is handled after termination as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, our practices or applicable law. We will update the version and date shown on this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Send legal notices to info@oneforthegame.com.
